An Exterior Uplift Transforms this 1947 Home into a Chic Craftsman Cottage
A charming and spacious new deck gives this family of five a spot to enjoy the sun at the front of their home while adding generous extra storage below to accommodate sports and outdoor equipment. Previous renovations to the 1947 home updated its interior, but the stucco exterior and limited entrance had remained untouched. Because of the project’s proximity to the front of the property, bylaw variances were required, and successfully obtained.
