Excellent customer service and support. So I haven’t actually had the chance to work with Max yet but I just have to say a few words. It was an excellent introduction to Victoria for me, I left a message in the morning and by late morning he returned my call, Max was kind and humble ( I’ve seen his work and reviews) he was very clear that they were on the more of the expensive end , but I can see why. He even called back after a message explaining my situation again and that I was in need of a quote. He then actually checked on me the next day to see if it was resolved. I can tell you , this is who I would want to do a big renovation with . Not once did I feel uncomfortable with not knowing how to explain things and he just got it. Flintstones replaced our old drainage tiles, repaired foundation cracks and waterproofed our basement walls using top of the line materials and workmanship. The workers were very polite and extremely accommodating throughout the entire project. Darryl made sure every question about the process was answered to our satisfaction. The attention to detail and work safety was top notch. We highly recommend this professional company. They live up to their motto: "do it once, do it right!"

We worked with Flintstones for over 6 months on a major house renovation and they were superb. I was most impressed with their clarity of communication and their flexibility and adaptability when the inevitable project changes came about - either initiated by us or as a result of unexpected surprises during the work. Communication and planning on the project was excellent, they were very responsive to our needs around budget. They completely understood where our priorities were and made great suggestions to help us stay on budget while prioritizing the work that matter most to us. The resulting work was very skillfully done, despite covering a wide range of disciplines from hazardous materials removal to energy improvements. We are incredibly happy with what they did and the care they took in renovating our home.

Flintstones built a project I designed for a client living on the beach- a flagstone patio, sitting height wall, and glass surround to minimize the wind. I was impressed with their professionalism as well as their clear and organized approach to doing business. All costs were transparent and the finished product adds incredible value and functionality to the property. The client is extremely happy with both the design and the finished product.
